I've stayed there before on numerous occasions, both solo and with friends. Perfectly adequate budget hotel.

They have 3 other extra building locations apart from the main hotel which is next to Hunters coffeeshop and the best location is where you get your own key to the entire building and can come and go as you please without any reception desk and having to drop off and pick up your key each time, like you have to do in the OQ. Nothing better than having your own key to a building and doing as you please in Amsterdam, same as an apartment but without the cost.

Whats the deal with smoking in this hotel, can you get away with having a window open etc, are the staff relaxed about it? Also do you get a free breakfast?
