I'm guessing Boner probably knows it's got something to with a fuck off hot stone/cooking aparatas and a piece of meat. What's more to know?
You'd be right, as a steak lover I was quite interested in this so I did a bit of research and it's exactly like I thought it was, here's a review I found on this way of ruining a good piece of meat:

I didn't see anything about letting the meat rest for 10/20 mins either.

Just for the record I use on of these when I cook my steaks.

I heat it so it smokes then my steak goes on for 2/3 per side then I let the meat rest.

Hey Kermit I think the best places for the ol' Rotisserie type chicken is to go to a market like the Ten Katemarkt on Ten Katestraat just off Kinkerstraat or the Dappermarkt on Dapperstraat. More than likely AlbertCyup too but I couldnt see them when I was there so I don't wanna be flamed for misinformation as I already got low self-esteem ;)

We'll flame you for double posting! ;)

I think you're right though about the Dappermarket, pretty sure Albert Cuyp has them as well.

one thing iv never seen in amsterdam is a place that serves good roast food. chicken, beef, pork, etc. with the fixings. i love a nice roast. i even like it when my mom makes it how they do in the uk with yorkshire pudding and such.

I'm sorry for ever doubting you.

cantona, my mrs makes the best yorkshire pudding I've ever eaten, I could quite easily eat a sunday roast every day.

Edit: Try the Irish pubs they'll probably do roasts, I have a feeling Cocos might do them as well.
