Steak restaurant in dam
Does anyone know of a steak restaurant in dam where the diners can cook the steak part of the meal at the table using a hot plate or stone?
Thank you.

I saw your post on tripadvisor. Honestly, you're better off getting an answer to this particular question there as tripadvisor is much more geared to restaurant reviews and the like. I did see a place in Haarlem that brought a little apparatus to the table where you could cook over coals and I have been looking online to try and help you out, but I haven't found anything. Sorry.
P.S. If it wasn't you on tripadvisor, try googling "steengrillen tripadvisor" and it should be the first hit.

This place.
Comes with a bread potion and optional sauce. Potato side dishes are a bit extra, good apple pie there though.

What gives you the right to demand what people post and where they post it??joossy wrote:Does anyone know of a steak restaurant in dam where the diners can cook the steak part of the meal at the table using a hot plate or stone?

There is this Korean Restaurant on Van Boshuizenstraat where the beef (marinated) is grilled at the table.
I don't see why they would object to letting you do it yourself, though you would probably need to take your own stone with you.

(watch out they don't try and make you do your own washing-up too!)

Sweet little place at the Top of Zeedijk called Morita Ja, that has wicked views down Oudezijds voorburgwal, do a steak dish that you cook at your table with this mini bbq grill deal.

I agree with Boner about the 10 min rest time.
When asked how I like my steak cooked, I just tell them to just knock the horns off and wipe its ass.
