Chinese food.
Beef w/string beans in garlic sauce, pork fried rice, spicy sesame wontons & a black cherry soda.
I can feel my arteries closing after typing that.

We off to get some
Ted's Dogs....real big back in Upstate New York, about 9 locations I think, but we're lucky enough to have one right here in Tempe, Az.
Great Hot Dogs, cooked over Mesquite coals, excellent.....and their fries and onion rings are outstanding. I'm hungry.... Gotta go.....

Chicken Tray Roast with Honeyed Root Vegatables:
dice large potatoe and parsnips cover base of roasting tray add pack of chanterney carrots. oil salt and pepper and a handful of rosemary roughly chopped. Baked for 20mins at 190
Remove from oven and nestle 8 chicken thighs in between the veg. Glaze with: Juice and zest of 1 orange and 2 tbs of runny honey. Back in the oven for 30 mins.
I like to pour any remaining juices off into a pan and reduce down till a sticky sauce. while im doing that i put the tray back in the oven just to crisp off.
That's it...dead easy... serve with some fresh green veg..tonight i did sugar snap peas... So easy and looks very impressive when you serve it at the table!

Had Chicken Tikka Masala this evening, cooked for 4 people, with rice on the side and naan bread.
I cooked it from all own ingredients, herbs and spices, etc, from scratch and none of this packet stuff. Nothing was left.
