locally caught freshwater fish from the market. Still alive and flapping, bashed on the head, gutted and otherwise prepared on the spot. At home stuffed with lemongrass and another green leaf then fried in a salt rub.

I had goat curry, rice and peas, fried dumplin and jerk chicken all washed down with sparkling KA tropical punch. Man I love Black History week

@ Alpen rock. Yip it is carribean food and I love it. If you have had indian style curry it is on par with say a Bhuna in spicyness just slighty hotter. Tonight I mostly be eating Aspalls Suffolk Cyder. Arrrrrrrrr

one of the best things about london is the cultural mix when it comes to food. Fusion bros and sis's. Damn yhat Aspnalls is kicking in lol

Had Belgian "Carbonnade" yesterday.
=Slow cooked beef meat in Leffe beer, carrots, onions and garlic.Just basically throw it all in the pot after browning the meat and onions with a pinch of sugar, cover with the beer...cover and forget about it 3 to 4 hours on the smallest fire.
Eat it in laughter and rinse down with a pint or two.
some put mustard slathered bread in the mix...
simple
