Best thing I smoked on 4/20 was the S5 Haze from Mellowyellow. I also heard others raving about it on the day.

Glad you tried it, Bleak! I haven't had a chance to write that part of my trip report yet, or have I? lol good thing I took notes for the 3 days I haven't written.

S5 Haze was one of the best smokes for sure and their spacecakes were the best I've tried. Not only the best? The cheapest! 3.50 euro for one and one did me good, usually I need two. Today I'm going back to get more spacecakes - as many as I can carry, and some S5 Haze too mmmmmm

Meeting hestia (almost typed her name lol) at Amnesia at 1:00. Gonna be a 'do whatever the f*ck we want day'... how I love those.

May I suggest, weather permitting, visiting the various parks around the city.
Flavopark is my favorite. Must be it's proximity to the water.

two faves of mine were the afghani delight and the rootang valley hash from anyday. Also some really shit hot casey jones, just trying to remeber where from.

Basjoe's - LA confidential

Hunter's - NYCD

Amnesia - just glad to find the place this time.

Bluebird - mexi ice - great call Stewie! Also a cool place to hang.

Stix - Gunpowder. Never even went to Stix but it seemed like every joint I ever got off BB or IG was loaded with the stuff. Even ended up with a gunpowder joint in my collection without not knowing how. did it make anyone else want to sneeze?

HGF - Cheese - not always top notch but when it is and you want to get stoned there is no substitute!

420 - think they had some diesel which was good.

Grey area - definitely had something decent - cannot remember. bring back mean martian green I say!

Will post more if I can remember any more.

My favourites from my 420 visit were:

1. Mexi Ice - Bluebird. 12.50 for .9g
After reading such great things about it on here I had to try it. Everyone who tried it was well impressed; I even bought a few grams to give to my friends as a thank you for letting me continue to stay with them when I was trapped volcanic-ash stylee.

2. NYC Diesel - 420. €12 for 1g
Just edged out the Hunter's version, imho, so that is also worth a try. There was an insane kick from the 420 batch.

3. Cheese - HGF. €12.50 for 1g
The smell haunts my dreams.

4. Kabouter hash - Blue Lagoon. €7 for 1g
Not sure about the spelling, but apparently it means 'leprechaun' in Dutch. The guy I know who works there thought he was hilariously witty for recommending that to the Irish girl. It was a lovely high - light and clear.

5. Everything in Katsu.
Tried a few things there - had never been before, oddly enough, despite living quite close to it last year. The SoGouda (€20 for 2g) was my favourite taste-wise, but all their gear was QUALITY. Another recommendation I would make here is the Haze Gruis (€20 for 4g). Just the shake from their hazes, it made a perfect bed for rolling hash joints. And, of course, the price was unbeatable when my emergency "help, I'm stranded" money got tight and it still got me buzzed without hash.
