Could anyone please tell me if afternoon time on April 29th whether taxis will be operating in the city centre? I am leaving to fly home on the 29th PM time, and want to make sure I can get a taxi ok. Do the city celebrations start on the 29th leading into the 30th which is actual queens day? Only reason I ask is because someone mentioned no transport is allowed in the city centre at this time.

I have been thinking about the same thing more or less, we arrive Friday when things are all screwed up with the public transport as far as I can tell.
As I gather you should be able to get a Taxi out of town from Central station as long as it is before night time, and maybe even then, Friday should be a completely different matter and public transport runs on a special schedule from around 18.00 on Thursday.
