Just thought I'd mention this as a suggestion for a tasty snack while in AMS. They're these things called Stroopwafel and they sell them freshly made in the Albert Cuyp Market. They're made with two thin waffle discs with some warm caramel inside. They make them right in frontof you and cost 1 Euro, I believe. REALLY good when you have the munchies.
BTW, they also have them at the Albert Heijn supermarket, but they are pre-packaged and not fresh. They are still fairly good though!

One of my favorite treats after smoking at Katsu!
Peace,

Stick them in the microwave for a few seconds and you will swear they were fresh.XANAX wrote:BTW, they also have them at the Albert Heijn supermarket, but they are pre-packaged and not fresh.

Gee thanks a pantload, now I want a fresh stroopwaffel from Beverwijk or Albert Cuyp
Have some left over from AH that I brought home, guess I'll have to settle for one of those and be happy I at least have them.
Ah sheesh now I'm thinking about Magnum Bars too. The white chocolate with strawberry ice cream in the middle mmmmmmmmm
