I like how you buy in grams, I wish I was better able to keep my buys to a gram a strain.. I always get big eyes and want more than a gram... which always leaves me trying to smoke a bunch on the last day or two.
You've probably been to Basjoe enough that James knows your face... even not, just shows what a great person James is.

Nice stash photo cisco. All the different colors are lovely. 5 beauties. I can smell it in my minds eye! What was that line in Harold & Kumar? "Smells like God's vagina!"
I'm sitting here with my mediocre weed which has no name or providence (and I must say, I'm glad I have at least this. And I've just skulked around the garbage cans to smoke it!). Your report cheered me up.

Friday 23rd April
Wake up in Amsterdam ! Yee-ha it finally hits me “I MADE IT” !! that was some trip, and first day ,never done much other than smoke , but it takes its toll ! I’m enjoying just lying in ma kip with the sun streaming through the window . I had my alarm set for 08.00 but snooze got hit a couple of times till I finally drag myself up late morning 11.30ish , first things first a nice spliff ! Gonna have a shower then try find Coffee Shop Bij , try get online to see what is happening today T&T wise . That was a complete farce on my behalf concerning meeting peeps last night ! My bad but I always seem to crash out early on my first night in Amsterdamage !! Wonder why ? But today was going to be eventful !
Got myself sorted then out onto the street it does not seem far to walk to CS Bij and Boerejongens , I have never been but heard much about both , also Twichaldihno sent me a txt about CS T`ijunte that is on Overtoom so will check that too. So I make it to Boerejongens no problem very easy to find , very modern looking CS small vestibule type area when you first walk in with the Bud counter in front . I bought 1G Bubble Kush and 1G White Choco both lovely looking buds , you can roll in BJ but not smoke so I get buzzed through to what I presume what once was a smoking area and roll up a fatty of the White Choco and take a stroll to try find Bij which I don’t !?
Walk back up Overtoom and pop into T`ijunte 2G AK47 €16 not bad order a coffee roll up then install myself in front of one of their computer terminals and get myself on the ACD forum where I discover I missed a good bunch of peeps last night ! Once again sorry peeps ? So I PM IG just have a general look round when I notice that IG has a T&T at Amnesia for 13.00 I look at the time 13.34 !? Ah holy shiznitz im at the other end of town and cant quite remember where it is !? AAARRGGHHHHHH ! So im outta there like a shot straight on the tram and up into Centrum .
Stroll into Amnesia scoping out the likely candidates , I cant remember if I bought anything straight away , but as I was walking out there was a bunch of people sitting at a table , I was feeling pretty nervous about approaching a table full of people and ask them if they are from “The Forum” so I just walked right passed , I took a seat outside for a mo and smoked a doob I had and left my map on the table just hoping someone would approach me !? Pretty funny now I think back but I remember feeling pretty nervous at the time , I would describe myself as being personable with no trouble speaking/relating with a wide range of society and have worked in a lot of frontline jobs where I have had to deal with people one to one and relish it , I really enjoy meeting people but I felt a wee nervous laddie then !! Lol
So I think fuck it and stroll in as confidently as I can muster and walk up to the less threatening presence “are you members of the forum?” “no its not my map” But you are a member ? Hell yeah it turns out to be Island Girl !! Well chuffed ,I get introduced to the table Hestia , Angry Pirate and his mate, DaveS and Lampshade and some others I forget now ? I get made to feel very welcome with several joints thrust in my direction ! And a severe piss taking about missing my own T&T last night ! I sit and chat with IG and Hestia first as IG has brought over some Reese’s Peanut Butter cup things over for me and we need to organise the hand over , then go and chat with the lads who inform me they are about to head down De Pijp ! Excellent the only CS I have been to down that way was Greenhouse Tollstraat and was looking forward to the Pijp crawl during the 420 celebrations pre-volcano.
Some of us decide to walk down while others get the tram AP his mate and I walk anyone else ? LS ? As we are walking down we walk through the Museum-plein and see the IAMSTERDAM sign , now I have been choking to get a pic of this for ages and have never actually seen it in the flesh before so to speak , but I don’t have my camera, typical ! I think we go into De Graal first where I buy €5bags of Amnesia Cheese ? and €5 Buddha Cheese , the BC is a lovely specimen ! We sit around there and have a good smoke then decide to head to Katsu to meet up with the rest of the troops , we walk in to find a big bag of grapes and a punnet of Strawberries OMG they done the trick ! It felt very Dionysian sitting chilling , smoking fat spliffs eating fine fruit in fine company ! I bought 1 G Orange Bud from Katsu €10 . I felt as if I never got to experience the full fruits that De Pijp has to offer, as I never really had much cash on me !! I had only took a wee bit out with me as I had not planned on today turning out as it did , but when I found out peeps were at Amnesia I just dropped everything and bolted !
I’m not sure if we went to any other CS in the Pijp but I do know that AP and mate DaveS and myself (Lamp Shade?) walked back up into Centrum via Rookies , I never purchased anything but AP offered to loan me some cash , I declined the kind offer as there was plenty smoking to do over the coming days anyway and was feeling a bit jaded anyway and decide to split from the lads and head home for a bit . While at Rookies AP and I decided to look in the head shop across the straat , where I seen a cool wee vaporiser thing it was only €50 it looked the dogs but for that kind of € im not sure !? Said my goodbyes to the lads with a plan to meet up later in the night.
Got back to my room 19.45 or so chilled out for a while , listened to some music then got myself back out to get some munch .I decide to walk up to Centrum while on the way up Leidsetraat I get myself a Maoz Falafel (my mate had been telling me about these and I was dubious but I bit the bullet last summer and cannot go a trip without at least one ) Go to Basjoe first get G Bas Special and it was special ! sit there for a while then decide to try find Nes I had never been before but since it is the spiritual home of ACD I thought I would give it a bash , walk in to a rammed place , could not see any familiar faces so decide to just head for home . On the way I nip into the original Dampkring and buy 2 G Bubblegum (no price in notes) and another 1G White Russian and that was another day in Amsterdam .
I’m looking through my notes and I don’t know if I have Saturday and Sunday mixed up ? That’s the problem with scribbled notes and mobile phone in-puts trying to decipher it now while trying to write up your report ! Jeez ! I will give it a bash like and hopefully AP , IG , LS and Hestia might be able to chip in ? if I forget any key details !?
