I rarely hear people mention this strain.
I love Indica weed and this was one of the two best strains i tried last August.
Really knocked me on my ass.
We got 2gs at Bushdoctors and it was VERY topshelf.
Any fans of the La Con. or is there some other super Indica everyone is loving now ?

I like the strain, usually pick some up from Hunter's. It's not a pure indica, but it fells like it. Kush seems to be the preferred indica as of late. Katsu, Greenplace, Amnesia and Bagerra have some good strains.

i didn't get this my last trip in jan 09 but i got a few grams from grey area in june 08 and it was superb. the one i had was a VERY heavy couchlock.

love it. mellow yellows sample has always been very nice, but the best we got was from a member of this board

One of my all time fave strains, Iko. Got it at Basjoe in April, but usually get it at Grey Area. Can't go wrong with either place and it still kicks (_[_). The Purple Kush at Green Place was another nice indica; a bit more harsh, but the effect was there.

it was harsh for me too,and now bong is gonna tell ya his limited proven therory why the purple strains are genrally harsh...they(the growers) chill the strains to lock up the phospherous in the last couple weeks to force the purple color change..quite easy actually if ya lower yer room under 60 degrees at night and can hold the humidity down..(wants to rain inside

) ..most..not all strains will get a purple tinge if not go bonkers purple...problem is, that unleess a strain is natrually purple,you are taking away from the final taste and end product,like you said,harsh,,,if they had left it alone,and let it finish normally,it probably would of been a great tasting kush..but ya couldnt call it purple then...ive had this problem a few time in the last long years and the result is consistant..purple but harsh..unless ya get a pure puple strain like nirvanas ice.... i cant say the purple kush was done like that but i got my suspiciansand thats ok too.cause people like change...i got 2 words..vanilla kush

Was one of the smokes of the trip (from the Grey Area) in Nov 08' along with G13 Haze, I was a relatively clueless tourist back then too but it fucked me right up! Think it was €14 if I remember rightly?

I see it mentioned often, actually.

My run in with it was in the form of LA Woman from Grey Area. That's a cross of LA Con and Martian Mean Green. Tasted a bit garbage but the effects were very decent...and exactly what you'd expect from a hard-hitting indica mixed with a super-spacy sativa. It was fun

I read pretty much every trip reort, have not seen it mentioned in a long while, outside of one La Woman refrence.
Maybe i missed them.
Seems alot of people are more into Sativas and Hazes lately, atleast thats what ive noticed from reports.

And yes, hazes seem to be the rage, ATM. But also Kushes! I think a lot of people dote on the hazes in their reports because they're best for daytime use *shrug*.

Believe me, us indica-lovers are around...no worries

The problem is not that I don't like Indica, the problem is if I smoke 2g of indicas in the dam, I'll be half sleeping all day long ^

I'm smoking some homegrown LA Confidential (DNA) right now, and it's dynamite. Rock solid buds with loads of crystals, really dense and really tasty! Love LA Con <3

Got this after trying some LA Con at Grey Area last summer, and I'm happy that mine is comparable to what I purchased there

Also had some lovely LA Con from Dampkring in February for only E8.50 /g, don't be put off by the cheaper price, it was nice and strong, wanted to sit and gouch for about an hour after smoking it, every time.
