yes it is open and its great for a drink and smoke! If you goto the section of the bar at the very end that is where the bud menu is. I do think they will be closed at 1am on a week night though

no place sells weed after 1am on weeknights. midnight is it. Maybe you can hook up with acder who will buy for you and meet you.
