That is completely daft.
After smoking some OG18 tell me the average person is OK to drive.
Sure a chronic smoker will not be too far gone, but a once a week-month smoker will be obliterated and i certainly do not want them driving anywhere near me nor schoolzones.

2.9% THC? Can anyone say "near-bud", as in 2.9% near-beer? '' The only thing I found credible in this piece (of shit) was that reaction time was slower. Uhmm, NO SHIT. '' The rest is a lame 2nd-year-journalism-major-mid-term-GPA-saving-knee-jerk-reactionary-seeking-cling-on-ass-wipe paper. Whew. ''

Adding to Iko, grab a punter off the street and give 'em a vape bag full of the most potent gear available, preferably a heavy Sativa. Watch 'em have a 'whitey' before getting into the car. '' Better still(?), would probably suffer a major panic/paranoia attack while negotiating traffic, or worse, when encountering the police. '' '' Remember, we are talking about the average Joe/Jane and not a seasoned midnight-toker. ''

Driving a car is a responsibilty towards others not just yourself . Show respect and don't drive under the influence of any mind altering substance.

....gas was 29 cents a gallon, weed was 15 dollars a lid, space patrolling was the norm, only the prices have changed.

I drive under the influence of alcohol very often, but never over the legal limit. I never smoke when baked either (I don't get high ).

I don't care what some study shows; I don't think anyone should drive when high.
