Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I was just wondering if anyone has a particular favourite book or books that they really enjoyed :?:

I have two:
To Kill a Mockingbird - Harper Lee
The Colour Purple - Alice Walker

To chill out and have chuckle to I lift a one of my battered Bill Bryson books :D

I'm always after a good read (as well as weed) so please share your thoughts...

codejd, surprised they never turned that into a movie.
Fun book, and quite unlike alot of his other stuff.
I finnished " Under The Dome " by him last week, was pretty good, but not up there with The Stand or The Talisman.

Mine was actually a serious choice this time, ya didn't say it had to be a novel. I'm very proud of my mint condition copy of Fungus. :D
