Coated weed
Coated weed
Just wondering if anyone still comes across coated weed?
I've always refused to smoke it and even gave up for 3 months when it first came about because it was literally everywhere. I have friends who still pick up dipped weed. Although it looks like nice bud it is blatently dipped in something, as usual the ash is hard and oily.
I've just got a little bit of weed and although I think it is clean, I still have a niggling doubt at the back of my mind that it might be coated as its different to my usual stuff. Smells OK and looks pretty nice, most likely just a bit older than usual or been transported a long way but cant help but be paranoid these days...

I dont smoke anything that is contaminated, its just a shame some people continue to do so otherwise we might have rid of it altogether.
Adamster, I dont think it's honey oil, whatever it is causes the ash to go hard and if rubbed leaves a nasty oil on your fingers. I've heard from some reliable sources embalming fluid is used
It's a lot rarer than it used to be thankfully but I still know a couple of people who will smoke it regurlaly.
Cisco, the first grit weed that came about was easy to spot and crunched in your teeth if you licked a bit but I come across some stuff now and again that doesn't do that but still dont look quite right, I guess the tossers are always finding new ways to fuck tokers over.

thre is alot of very poor quality bud sprayed with the man made cannabinoids present in legal smoke brands such as spice. and thats probally about the nicest thing they spray on grass!
if you do a bit of research it is quite scary some of the shit that is being sprayed on bud at the moment ( any thing from glass sand to white residue chemicals) and thats before worring about wether the plant was flushed of chemicals from growing. chances are probally not.
i used to smoke soap bar about 10-15yrs ago but stopped when i discovered the range of doggy addatives, grass is probally just as bad now. Thats what happens when you allow criminals to control a market.

heres my favorite...take a pound of garbage weed, spread it out on a table, fill a spray bottle with ginger ale, coat it,get it damp, leave out to dry...all the sudden you have glistning buds and nice smellin sweet tasting, sticky weed..it gets you no higher then the original crap but you gain an ounce on a pound and no one knows the better...an old friend used to do that with the mexican block weed that was dumped here on the east coast in the early and mid 80s...made it bearable..wasnt so bad i recon at the time...but that would be a direct violation of the prime directive these days....get cha kicked from the club and then ya meet the club

Considering your tone, one can assume that this old friend is no longer a friend, eh?USBONGLORD wrote:heres my favorite...take a pound of garbage weed, spread it out on a table, fill a spray bottle with ginger ale, coat it,get it damp, leave out to dry...all the sudden you have glistning buds and nice smellin sweet tasting, sticky weed..it gets you no higher then the original crap but you gain an ounce on a pound and no one knows the better...an old friend used to do that with the mexican block weed that was dumped here on the east coast in the early and mid 80s...made it bearable..wasnt so bad i recon at the time...but that would be a direct violation of the prime directive these days....get cha kicked from the club and then ya meet the club
I just don't understand why people buy this shit or soap bar hash? Most newbies get burned because of a lack of experience, but what about experienced smokers?

There is loads of it about down my way. Its going for 70 an oz off sum people as they can't shift it. The ash goes hard and it gives off a funny smell when burnt. but looks quite nice to the eye.
I ain't seen the sandblasted stuff about for a while. but had stuff thats been dipped in wallpaper paste. sprayed with a fire extinguisher powder or something similar. i also hear people holding buds above kettle to make them heavier.
Im dead againt altering weed. its all about makin money to the nobs that do it.
QUALITY ALL THE WAY
