My guement isn't about connections it's just that these factories will produce a shitty product and it could potentially flood the market. This is just my opinion and theory based on experience. Not trying to state it as fact I'm for legalisation just not this.
educating myself and waiting for the next trip.

It really depends on who runs these factories. It could possibly turn out that one or more of these factories is run by someone who really cares about the quality of the product and pledges 100% organic and only grows quality strains. I think most people just assume if the weed is grown in large quantities it's automatically crap, but I think they're just assuming that whoever runs these places aren't going to give a shit about their product and only focus on maximizing profit. In all the articles I'm reading they're all trying to relate these operations to Wal-Mart and low quality marijuana. In the end I think it all comes down to who gets selected to run these operations. Hopefully they come up with a few good candidates that really know marijuana and not some corporate assholes just looking to capitalize.cantona7 wrote:My guement isn't about connections it's just that these factories will produce a shitty product and it could potentially flood the market. i see your point stanky, but tomorrow mcdonalds could also start serving quality, organic healthy and vegetarian/vegan cuisine, but i doubt it. if it looks like crap, smells like crap it probably it. but like i said this is just my opinion and i hope im wrong.Stanky Danky wrote:It really depends on who runs these factories. Just watched it on Youtube, great video. Love the quote from the doctor in part 2. "The reward of letting people get in touch with one of natures miracles is the greatest reward here."Kingdoc wrote:I watched a docu lately called "how weed won the west" & the future looks bright for cali like,It could & should be the 1st of the dominoes to fall come november.

Sure would love some of that pineapple kush
the difference is, you can grow your own pot much easier than having your own cow.Sir Niall of Essex-sire wrote:This.hardboiled wrote:imho: high volume + automation can never replace small batch and intensive care.
Factory farms have effed the produce isle and the meat isle.
It won't be any different with pot.
I hope cali does pass prop 19. Just to get the ball rolling here in the US and shoot down all the propaganda. My fear is that it will fail due in large part to growers and dealers caring more about their profit margin than those of us who have paid the ultimate price of jail time for this harmless herb.
I do agree that I cant see the cigerette companies or whoever growing better smoke than I can, so I will rarely if ever buy the mass produced stuff. I dont buy commercial now and that wont change the only change is that I wont have to be paranoid when partaking. PASS PROP 19!

I for one think they will regulate the hell out of the producers. California is very regulated for everything and I dont see weed being any different.
Now I could give a rats arse what these big companies do as I will continue to procur my herb the same way I do now. What I do care about is that with this bill I can legally grow and possess it
I also beleive there will be a continued demand for "connosuier" grade cannabis and the demand will rise dramaticaly. The difference will be the price will lower as supply is increased.
I just beleive any forward movement is good for the whole US, with regards to marijuana.
