Scissor hash

I remeber reading something about scissor hash several months ago (may have been another Amsterdam forum) and just wondered if anyone knew of anywhere in Amsterdam it is sold or as I am a little hazy on the topic - any info would be handy to read.

All I know is that it got its name as the hash is made with all the crystals and resin left on trimming scissors after the marijuana plant is taken away for trimming/preparing.

But like I said all I got to go on is my memory from a few months back and to be honest I am even having trouble remembering what I learnt in college today! So any help would be awesome.

Dude I've only just seen this (dont know why I missed it) I believe that The Noon do a 'scissor hash' at some stupid price like €40 a gram but personally I wouldn't ever pay that sort of money for a gram of anything (let alone the scrapings off the scissors!!). When the jelly hashes started appearing in Amsterdam I tried it from Bushdoctors and ok it was very strong but worth €30 a gram? Not in my eyes, I will occasionaly go up to €25 a gram for something tatsy like an Isolator (Try the outdoor Chocolator from Bushdoctors at €16.50 a gram) but not every trip, the Willie Wortels chain do a couple of Ice Hashes from €12 - €17 (I think) so I'd recommend theirs or another I think Max Flower always recommends from Het Ballonnetje do one at €12 a gram!

Now you mention the ridiculous price, it does sound more familiar - Not in my price range either! I guess it does sound a bit crappy, the scraping from a pair of scissors........there must be an easier way to gather the trichomes

I really want to try some ice-o-later this time round though and was going to ask for any recommendations - so thanks for the heads up. Being pretty much a pipe/bong only smoker I can't wait to load a bowl full of €25/g ice hash (even sold some videos on ebay so I wouldn't feel guilty of trying a few out!!)

Damn Boner man, its even better than, Het Ballonnetje's NL Ice hasj is only €9!! per gram.

Now the just back, Lctricity is talking large about some other Ice hash from Smoking Bull for €10 a g.

Valo €40 does sound too crazy for me. I'm most happy with a nice soft fresh Moroccan Polm or a primo black like Parvati or Melana even some nice temple ball.

Hell, With all the crazy furry weed in the Dam it shouldn't too long to cobble together your own scissor scrapings, every third joint I was having to scrape those gummy bastards.

I'm cracking over here, going to check airline prices again.

Het Ballonnetje and Smoking Bull will definately be on my (very long) list of must-do's at the end of the month. At that price it's almost criminal not to go!!! Thanks again for the info comrades.

I am a big fan of the Nepalese Temple Balls too, they really do some damage when sprinkled onto a bowl of indica weed!!!

The ice hash I am most looking forward to is the Shiva Ice from Willy Wortels (Indica I think?)

This report from HempCity gets my mouth salivating every time I read it!

The temple ball from Stix was very nice and I'd also recommend the 1st Cream from Pink Floyds as well - I can almost smell it just thinking about it mmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

in our house scissor hash is the cutters bonus,and its never as good as properly extracted trichromes as its full of plant matter,soil,bits of shit off your fingers,you know the sort of thing.
