So here it goes peeps. 5 days in dam with the old man cant wait.4th time for me 2nd for me dad. compiled a list which seems to be forever growing lol. Any info on my list like things i could swerve or things i could add would be highly appreciated. looked through travelogues but there running a bit thin on the ground at the moment. so here it goes

mellow yellow - s5 haze,sleaze

katsu - OG#18,blackwidow

basjoes - bas special,cheese,terminator

grey area - silverbubble,casey jones,grey haze,ECSD

greenplace- purple kush,pineapple haze,bluecheese

barneys - G13 haze

popeyes - vanilla kush

the shops below are also must visits so any suggestion would be much obliged

i can honestly say the majority of higher priced buds with exception of a few have been quite poor in my eyes.

this is why i am going to venture out of the centre a bit this trip

Try D&L and Ocean, both in De Pijp - priciest buds on both menus are 10E/g. Ocean have a special on S5 Haze at the moment, 2.5g for 20E, their current menu looks nice with Sleaze, Amnesia, SSH amongst other things on there.

thanks for the info deathrow, 2.5gs of S5 for 20e sounds right up my street. i'd imagine that this is the same as mellow yellows batch so i just saved myself a tenner also that is quite a handy little website there seems to have quite a bit of info on the further out shops. nice one

that has always been my hope, that when i found something that really worked for me i could just get some more and life would be sweet ... but what i have learned is that every batch, even of the same strain and from the same shop, can be different from the last one

imo the best approach is to buy both and compare them ... the overall average price of the two put together will still be good and you will have widened your own experience of life in the world of modern marijuana

MR CHEESE, not sure if your aware of this but hash is also available 2buy in amdam

pauli that my old mans department, he's like a kid in a sweet shop when it comes to hash must be like a trip down memory lane for him lol. I have never been a lover of hash,maybe somthing to do with just seeing soapbar in england day in day out but i do occasionly like to have one of the rifmans in dam just before bedtime.

They don't have a huge selection at Club Media, but the Hindu Kush is the best buy at 9 euro for over a gram. Truly cool, mrcheese, wish I could have done this with one of my parents. You'll have the memories for the rest of your life, not to mention what it means to your dad, I'm sure.

never mind my dad, my mum has just decided to come as well lol seeing as the apartment is for four people she doesnt even smoke but said she wants to go now to see what the fuss is about.i told here she will be spending most her days watching me and my dad getting baked lol.bet yah ill get some funny looks sitting there smoking on a big ol spliff with mummy and daddy lol. but then i also think that if i saw this id be like shit i wish i could do that with my parents. i spose theres plenty of shops for her to look at along with a few markets

i went with my dad back in september 2001, he was with his m8's & i was with mine, good times+ my dad dont smoke at all
