PORTSMOUTH FC NO MORE.

Post by DanFromUk »

This could be a very sad day indeed. Never thought this could happen 3 years after winning the FA CUP.

I only blame Harry Redknapp, JUDAS.

At 3pm today it will be announced if Portsmouth football Club will Still be here.

It will be weird to not have a local team to support after all there history during the second world war winning and holding the FA CUP longer than any other team ( i know it was bacause of world war 2 but i don't care)

I will always be portsmouth till i die through and through.

And i WILL NOT be supporting Southampton :o

That's the spirit Dan!!! Being a Leeds fan and having come through our fair share of shite in recent years, I feel your pain. Fingers crossed our teams will meet this season, and if they do, my post will not be so nice

i feel your pain too mate.

your club becomes your life blood, and you share in its glory and pain. i prey and prey i never loose mine.

i watched with pity as wimbledon was torn aprt, poor guys.

it must be heartbraking to see wankers come along and wear your club down and finally fuck the corpse.

really hope all is good for you..... and if you need to draw a positive from the worst happening, you can always say that you were there for the first game of AFC Portsmouth, which im sure will form very quickly. look at AFC wimbledon, those fans are loving it. up and down the country with cracking support... they got thier cub back.

heres hoping for you mate!

HMRC Lose High Court Appeal

By Jim Bonner Thursday, 5th August 2010

Appeal expected tomorrow.

HMRC have lost their appeal to block the CVA that will take Portsmouth FC out of administration.

The news was released at around 4pm today with Mr Justice Mann ruling in favour of Pompey, enabling all Pompey fans to breathe a sigh of relief, at least for the time being.

HMRC are expected to appeal the decision at the Court of Appeal tomorrow, so the saga isn't over yet and the uncertainty remains but the initial signs are good.

Thanks for your support guys.

Good job i jot some good weed to get me through these hard times!!

I'd never go to st marys. only for a scrap.

so good so far, but im afraid realistically, its gonna be few years of crap, before u can financially break even, and try to rebuild a squad.

hope the appeal goes well too.
