Jet Ski Rentals?

Post by xxxdraqomxxx »

first let me say that I'm aware that the question that i'm asking is a bit far-fetched. With that said I love the thought of being able to see the city with a friend on a pair of jet-skis.

the closest place I have been able to find was: http://www.fun-fantasy.nl/verhuur/seadoo-jetski.html

and even then I'm not exactly sure what the canal laws are

Can someone lend me any advice?

Did you look at the pricing on the website you posted? They charge per quarter hour and this place is in South Holland on the North Sea. AFAIK you can't use high powered watercraft on the canals, not to mention the spray

I dont get why you've put this up, do you think because Sasha Baron Cohen did it for a movie everyone else is allowed?

the wake caused by jetskis in a small canal would cause big problems, not to mention the loud noise for those with houses right on the canal. i'm glad they're not allowed, but thats just me. its amsterdam not malibu/malaga
educating myself and waiting for the next trip.

I imagine theres some law regarding the size of the wake made on the canals anyway.
