Since the budget cuts it has gone down hill a bit, hopefully the viewing figures( the season two premiere set a new record of 7.3 million viewers, making it the most watched episode of a drama in the history of basic cable television) will push the network to give them some more cash.

Looks to me like a prison...
I can see it now... the group enters the prison and it's run by the inmates.
They see the sheriff and kill him first. They kill the rest of the men and make slaves out of the women...

...and what about the unknown hooded person that's chain dragging around a pair of walkers?
Stay tuned for next season...

Well that was already given away with your sneak preview of the next season. LOL. I dont know about the prison thing though. I think its like a fortress that has alot of non infected people and they end up finding it next season. and they battle the zombies.

its a prison,....if you read the comics ,.it can help  they seem to go off track then back on track ,.i guess its a screen play thing,..character building and adds episodes ,.....i did like how they seem to all show up at the highway at the same place at the same time exactly,.........crazy,.and they dont scavenge for more supplys and gas,......crazy,.its not like the worlds going bonkers the gas station down the way will get us by ,.....hello,..... :P

what kills me is the talkin dead ,.. spend that money on the walking dead and the show may become top quality,.. :P ...................still watchin,.......Zombiee killin,.... ........

SOB, my guess was spot on...
Some of the things you point out, like not showing them scavenging, are probably givens, as in these things are given that they would scavenge for food, water, fuel, supplies, etc... The show would become tedious if they showed in every episode them scrounging for supplies, just as we don't see them sleep, shower, shit, shave, etc in every episode if at all.... these don't help the story line.

til next season...

thats the life now scavenging,.they show them doing it all the time and the most crucial time we just lost our sancuary ,.all our supplies ,.we are at the highway with hundreds of cars and we run off and dont resupply,.and the we run out of gas shocker ,.but i guess they need to to get to the rest of the story line ,........im just saying the writers are a bit lame and i dont need to see peoples daily life chores but scavenging is life know and they showed them scavenge every time they stopped for two seasons and when its the most important ,.well just enjoy the zombie killin,...........lame writing can become tedious,.........three episodes looking for a girl, tedious,.three episodes thinking of killin a guy ,tedious,........

Ermmm reason they didnt take any supplies or fuel from cars on the highway on the season ender is they have already been there at the start of the season. They all knew to meet up there as thats where they lost the little girl in the woods at the beginning of Season 2

yep they were to meet up their but to leave the supplys on the back of the car as they drove off and to not gather more gas ,.you cant tell me they looked at every car on that highway ,.plus the only ones to look were the old man the black guy and the oriental and the rest went looking for the little girl,........the one girl was attacked in the camper ,..........and they were looking for a raidiator hose ,.so the premis that they already got everything is wrong and to be in such dier circumstances and to just drive off without any looking for crucial life supplys is assanine ,.and the only reason they did it is to have the story stall at the prison so they can get back on track,.........i know shows are not real life but please try and write as if real people are thinking ,......its not the 80s ,.and the freakin A-team,.lol,............i could go on for days but i digress and will still watch to see how much they rape the books,........should have took it strait to the big screen could have been a new one every year,..... 8) ,.......TV BLOWS,.............

Probably would have made sense for the writers/producers to include someone saying that they should check out the vehicles for fuel, and then a pan shot of them looking, then on to the next scene.
In the end, WTF do I know about writing and all that, I can barely write a Haiku or a simple four line poem.

Let's take the dead for a walk to the dark side of the universe...

here you can read them and get a feel for what we are sayin about story changes ,..shaun was killed way before the farm house and many more  ,.....i hope the show gets as dark as the comics ,..........things get pretty bad now ,....but lets see if they still kill some more main players as the do in the comic,...like they say if you read the book the movie never lives up to it,....example,.-Jaws,.. .......

http://www.pspiso.com/showthread.php?10 ... e-Governor

use this to show it
http://comix.sourceforge.net/

but we can enjoy them both as two dif. things,. :P ...and whats a Haiku. :? .....gazoontight,...... :o .....
