There is a thread for this company already, may be better to ask there:

From what I gather the company seems pretty good....

I stayed there back in May of this year. The actual address is Hekelveld 6, a block or two south from the position they give on the map location. The place itself isn't too bad. The only problem I had with it was the shower. It's set up in such a way that if you don't situate yourself just right, the floor becomes a small pond. It can be a tad noisy from the street traffic, but if sleeping in the back bedroom you hardly hear it. The owner, Edwin, lives just above the apt and is a very accommodating fellow. The stairs are typical Dutch, I got use to them in no time. Underneath you is a small convenient store, Resin CS is a few steps away, and The Soup Kitchen is just up the corner (excellent food). All in all I enjoyed my stay there. Compared to my living conditions out here in the desert, it was heaven  Any other questions feel free to ask me.
I booked myself into another apartment with these folks in the Nieumarket area for my next trip this Oct.

From the pics it looks like they've changed the place around a bit, but there's 2 large windows looking out onto the street. The view is mostly of the street and the hotel across the way. The bed in the main bedroom was just two singles put together to make a double. If you need laundry done, Edwin's partner will take it to a cleaners for you, takes about a day to get it back though. Much quicker to take it to a laundrymat yourself, you'll have it back in a few hours. Just so happens there are 2-3 close by.
Four weeks left! woohooo!

It's Sint Nicolaas Hotel and it's a little on the expensive side for a 3 star. There are at least 10 hotels within a 5 minute walk of address posted above. Have a look at http://www.booking.com for some other options.

Peace,
