Heat actaully causes the psilocibin (sp?) to break down, so i would avoid cooking with shrooms in general. You can always make a very tasty dish and sprinkle them on top...that is my method of hiding that horrid taste..i've found that spicy mexican food does a good job of overpowring the shroomy taste.

Ever think about putting them in some minute soups?? that whut my girlfriend always does, make a minute soup, let it cool 3 minutes and put finely sliced shrooms in it.... bon apetit

Or like me just eat them straight outha the box and wash the taste away with a good Jupiler!!

I used to throw um in my mouth and chew. Now, I crush/cut/tear them up into an almost powder and drop them into a glass of soda or juice and just chug them. No taste to speak of that way.

My first trip to Amsterdam i had no way of consuming them otherwise. Until i seen the 'vending machine' in the hans brinker hostel selling tubs of strawberry yoghurt. So me and another aussie i met in the Dam just dipped the shrooms whole into the yoghurt and chewed - i can honestly say its one of the most vile things ive ever tasted. Not recommended.
