Here's the latest:
THE EAGAL HAS LANDED back in the UK with all medication. I'm now the first legal UK medicinal cannabis users who is protected from the misuse of drugs act as the medication has been prescribed by a doctor and dispenced by a chemist. the chemist gave us all legal forms needed to travel back to the UK.
if i was traveling elsewhere a form may of needed to be signed by the doctor. I'm on the phone in the morning as i am fuming here over a few things that have happened over the last week. have i got a story to tell :) a lot of it will shock some of you but there is a good reason for me holding back on this information.
the independent on Sunday want the exclusive.

i wont let the local Dorset echo have the story as they treated me like shit after court and stabbed me right in the back!!

the local gazette i will call and local radio stations. i have to call... the police etc first as they first on my calls list for acting unlawfully but the mp has also taken this matter up with the chief of police of Dorset!

i will be giving a lot away to right bidder. i have the TV and radio/ papers wanting this story. there may be coaches sorted out as i have quiet a few friends out here on fb who need to be helped out.

a educated/ medicated visit to all the best coffee shops will come as standard if this does work. i have already got a contact sorted to make this all this happen! time will tell...

the dutch and others have been allowed to come to the UK and use cannabis as they are protected by there own country's laws. all i have done is received treatment in Holland and they have stated my treatment has to continue even when away until further notice

i will not be dropping the doctor in it either who prescribed as they have told me they don't want the publicity as this would get them grief!!
forget transportation as i have all the papers needed to travel with the cannabis legally. the geneva convention has a medical part to it. all i know this is how my travel is protected.

all that matters now is the misuse of drugs act 1971. ...this clearly states if the medication is prescribed by a doctor and dispenced by a chemist then it use is legal. look it up urself!

they now need to change the laws again i think as they have protected medical users only if certian conditions are followed. i followed there conditions and now have the meds/ strain i need prescribed
i did call the airport and asked them about bringing cannabis to the UK. they just said i needed the paperwork i had. i had no worries but was still nervous :)

Great that he pulled it off! I'm surprised no-one has noticed this loophole before

I don't get the reference to how he is protected by the Geneva Convention? Isn't that a treatie for the protection of prisoners of war?

Fair play to him though for bringing it over. Not sure how Dutch citizen law protects a British Citizen outside of the Netherlands though. It'll definitely be interesting to see how the story goes in the press.

its called ALL being OWNED by the EU!!!

heres how it works: u r a citizen of ur own country and u abide (maybe) by its laws, now that country is a member of the eu and due to the lisbon treaty EVERYONE from ur country and its laws fall under the EU laws!
like for me most powerful=EU then UK n its laws then ME!

thats as simple as i can put it this early in the morning....oh n being baked!!!

n e ways, from what i can see in all this, its a GOOD step forward! hes highlighted the VERY fact bout how to LEGALLY smoke!!! ill or not!!!

Apparently the press wont touch the story so Jims asked for anyone to get the story out.

I really hope it works out for him. Medical marijuana makes a lot of sense and I can't imagine living like him without reasonable access to the relief I need.

Of course, you see the humour in what I type. But I wish anyone who can benifit from cannabis the best of luck in thier pursuit to medicate.
I certainly don't want my weak attempts at humour to undermine anyone.

You have the same wish as us mate , but if we (wifey & myself) didn't laugh about at times we'd spend the best part of each day crying
