I just install google translator,Great for the dutch newspapers .

If you use Chrome for your browser, it does the translation automatically, don't need to install anything. I prefer this since it's also able to translate some of the website elements like buttons, drop-down menus, etc.. which a normal translator can't do. I normally use Firefox but, use Chrome just for translation purposes, much simpler and works better than the others I've tried.
