Tram strips

Post by steven »

Hi folks when I was last there in April I bought a strip for the trams, adult and child.. Anyway on the first trip we went into the 2nd carriage And the conducter stamped the strips, anyway when we got back on the next tram I went into the 1st carriage and the driver pointed behind him and I saw this machine, I didn't know what to do so just put them in the bottom and it stamped them but I noticed it was stamped on the price part and not in one if the boxes...
Will this still be ok to use when I go back in 4 week and how do you actually
Do it with those machines...
I have been offered an iamsterdam card for £15 and wonder if I should just buy that.
Advice appreciated....
Steven

strippencards are gone!
Now you can only use the chipcards even if there are some rides left on your strippencard!
I still have a virgin one, will keep that as a souvenier!

You can buy 24, 48, 72, 96, 120... hours gvb chipcards! Durable paper cards!
Each traveler has to use his own gvb chipcard!
You have to check in and check out at the end of your ride! If you foreget, you card will be locked!!! :!: :!: :!:

Here are the infos you need:
