its been de-criminalized in Spain, parts of Canada and i think Switzerland. Seems like i heard about a couple other countries that have de-criminalized but i can't recall at the moment.
i'd heard it was cool in switzerland as well but did not know about spain.
hey boner, that site was funny as hell. going to the shop now to pick up a couple of oranges and melons( anyone reading this should check the link above and look at the orange bong. pure genius)
Yeah, I saw an old Keith Floyd cookery show only a few weeks ago where he was cooking outside in some Danish town, & the old souse was complaining about the smell of marijuana!
I didn't know about Spain, either. Though nothing surprises me there: unless laws have changed dramatically since I was last there (admittedly 9 years ago) the youngest of children were free to get fags & booze out of street vending machines, or even go into bars or shops to buy tobacco & alcohol. Nothing like an underage pint of lager in a Spanish boozer!...
other people say all:
Belgium legal
Switzerland legal (only in Zurich and lugano)
Spain it's illegal but You can find very easy (Barcelona - Costa brava)
Portugal same spain
Morocco (it's illegal but you can find hash everywhere) alla the people say If You want hash
Prague (in some bar and locals you can buy weed
Italy (my country) it's illegal but in some place in the cities you can find it (train station or in the Adriatic Coast or near Naples)
Denmark,Pusherstreet there you can buy different strains like in Holland. In Switzerland there are some DVD Stores (and more) where you can choose between outdoor or indoor but I know that sometimes the police wait in front of the Shop.
The Pusherstreet was/is closed by the right Goverment.
