The game is really called Nim, it's been around for centuries. Look it up on wikipedia, it's a simple mathematical game with a simple mathematical solution.

My old math teacher got me looking into it.

In that particular flash game, he growls and walks away when you beat him. =D

Speaking of challenges, I'm a retro kinda guy who enjoys things from the past a lot more than things from the present, and one such thing that I miss are the arcade halls with all the money munching mayhem of the coin-ops.

Rolling Thunder, without doubt the most difficult I ever played and I gave it plenty of tries. Downloaded the NES version to play on an emulator and it is ROCK HARD.

But, seeing as "flash" games seem to be the order of the day, then might I submit............

Fuck me that was a tricky puzzle. After trying and failing a couple of times me and my girllfriend finally cracked it. We also tried our hand at the notpron game. Got 2 the guitar level and gave up. " much fuckin wi the comp. Didnt know if we were gonna download any nasty files. Besides that it was far 2 fuckin hard. Are there anmore games like this out there. I could spend hours trying 2 complete them. Very good for the old grey cells.

I did it, but with a little help.. those things are addictive tho.. dammit.. i realy should have done something more constructive with the last 25 minutes of my life!

Hey, people spend weeks, even months working on notpron. It's probably one of the most played real puzzles on the internet.

I garuntee you that it's not a sham, or an adfarm or anything like that, and anything you'll download from that site won't harm your computer in any way. It's just good clean fun. That also happens to be incredibly complex and time consuming. I only got to level 21 or so, and there's upwards of 100, each one getting increasingly more difficult each time.

This one isn't in the same league as Doors or NotPron.

Great game though, all about co-ordination and timing.
