anyone know of any spots where one can practice parkour
or get fresh air exercising in amsterdam

came across the exercise area in sarphatipark
the last time i was in town

i'm trying to add some more locations
to switch things up

Parkour spots I'm not sure about..... but I can point out some great spots to vegetate and generally be stoned and lazy
