I completely disagreed with Bush's policy, but atleast he can be given credit for doing SOMETHING.

I don't know US domestic politics very well, but I was under the impression that Obama hasn't been able to push through all the legislation he wanted, due to a tiny majority in the house? Is this true?

So he particapted in the war in Iraq/Afganistan, putting aside the fact that a heap of other European countries became involved and pledged support without going through with miltary support possibly meaning at least he stuck to his word, he played a leading role in solving one of the most violent and problematic conflicts in UK history for one.

No offense IKO, but you seem to have little clue about US politics if you keep saying he has accomplished nothing. Not true my friend! He passed healthcare legislation, and while it was not perfect, its the first step to a sane and humane healthcare policy in the US. He took actions that may have seemed to be throwing money at the recession, but probably prevented a depression. He is getting the troops out of Iraq as promised.

Check this site for his accomplishments. They are huge considering at every single turn, the Republicans blocked him. Obama is also a member of the most incompetent political party in the world, the Democrats.

You identify a great point. Bush was a Repub and they are organized and vicious party. Not unlike the right here, they do what their leaders tell them. Bush got loyalty from his people.

Obama is a Dem and they are for the most part incompetent. Some are almost Republicans, some come from rural districts strongly anti-Obama. They have no unity and they fucked Obama more than any republican.

But to say Obama will only be remembered his skin color....what??

Marco, no worries at all.
I am in no way an expert.
As for Obama's healthcare plan, it seems it took him two years to do it and it seems like he still played a sweet hand to the insurance whores.
If he has only two years left he should become the "angry negroe" and start kicking some ass, what does he have to lose now ?
Atleast go out with a bang and leave a mark.

Indeed Obama got troops out of Iraq, but left Xe (military contractor, read hired thugs) to fill in. Not good.

lol military contractors. some of those guys are fucking crooks. one of my friends knew someone who was working over there. they would bring things from home..12 packs of dr pepper, boxes of Twinkies, and other shit you cant find over there and sell them to the troops for like $25 bucks a pop. they'd destroy perfectly good company vehicles too and say they were attacked in order to get money from the government.
