I've had the chicken bami with oyster sauce here, and the next day I went back and had the pork Cha Siuw. So very good :D

Yep, Wok To Home beats the hell out of Wok2Walk in every department (price, quality, authenticity, choices). It reminds me of all the amazing Chinese food I've eaten back in Melbourne. I think thats why I've never really been into Wok2Walk, thats the kind of 'instant' Chinese food you find in shopping centers.

The secret is they let their work get SUPER hot first, so the ingredients cook very quickly, and are already on your plate before the water starts seeping out of the veges etc. It gives off a lot of smoke when its done right, which also adds flavour. Wok2Walk don't have those extremely hot cooking temps, which means the food is more watery and softer.

Yeah, I agree. It's not so bland or "boiled". I think the lousy interior and crappy chairs help it feel more authentic as well :) You brought me there, now I remember

Most people seem to think like you. Crazy lines outside there, people queuing 10-15 minutes for their fries and sitting down everywhere along the street eating them.

HAHA.
I suppose being vegetarian you notice the pork and shrimp scraps still crusted on the pan then say your average carnivore who considers this extra "flavouring" .
I also enjoy it when a restraunt actually cleans the counters, i know , im strange like that.
