Which strain would you say gives the most energetic high?

Post by smokseyj »

Hey,

I'm heading off to 'dam with a few pals just after christmas and we were having a discussion about what weeds are best to smoke during the day, mainly when we first arrive at 9am. I know sativa's give a more energetic high but which strain would you suggest?

I know from experience i can't spend the day smoking cheese and kush because it just won't last long before i need a nap

Probably the most energetic, morning-type smoke I've had in the Dam is S5 Haze from Mellow Yellow.

Casey Jones from Grey Area had a really energetic high !
Kali Mist is really good for that too.
And if you wanna try some hash, for me smoking red libanese is like smoking cocaine, wakes me up pretty quickly

i've heard alot about this casey jones. All the times ive been to dam and ive still not tried it. I think im going to have to make grey area one of my first shops on arrival.

i always thought sour diesel and train wreck were indica's. Therefore thought casey would be.

Sour D is about 75% Sativa, Train Wreck is mostly Indica; but it's crossed with a Thai plant to so the combination puts the Casey Jones at about 80% Sativa.
Another good energetic strain, in that same ball park, is the John Sinclair from Abraxas. Also, I wouldn't overlook the the Super Silver Haze from Hunters; even though there's some N.L in the genetics it always rings the Sativa bell for me! Cheers!

1. Mexican Haze-Dampkring
2. 100% Sativa-Hunter's Coffeeshop
3. Amnesia Gold-Dampkring
All excellent energetic highs. Be careful with the mexican haze. Look first just in case they have a bad batch.

I'd always heard Sour D was indica and Trainwreck sativa. At least the versions I've tried. Although I'd say Trainwreck is somewhere in the middle. Whateva, if it's a good smoke, it's a good smoke.
