Anyone care to share what beers they carry and general prices? I'm over Nov 24th-27th with 7 others including a non-smoker so I'll try setting up base there so she can have a drinky winky as we smoke the Grey Area's wares and also partake in a brewskie or 10....

Sadly it closed down in late 2012. Gapie and myself were walking past and were surprised to see the sign was gone and the interior bare. Its a shame, I used to like going there and sitting at the bar with a cold glass of Jupiler, my sketchbook and a vaporizer (the owner let me plug in my Da Buddha vape and set it up on the bar, he was super cool). In summer they had couches on the footpath outside. Its hard to beat sitting on a couch in the sun, watching the Grey Area customers come and go while we drink beer and smoke weed!

Theres another hiphop bar in Amsterdam that is smoke friendly, but I never ended up going there. Someone else will have to chime in the the name, I can't remember it right now.

I guess you mean De Duivel near the Rembrandtplein. Used to be my go to for Hip Hop in the 'Dam but the people that visit the cafe have kinds put me off recently, YMMV.

Bummer, never went in but walked past on a couple Grey Area stops.
The sign reminded me of a game developers logo, Salty Dog?

Looked like a good looking cast of characters hanging, just never had the time to stop.

&&& I remember seeing the owner from the pictures because I swore it was Breal at first, but that's pry cause I was insane in the membrane...
