What's that say in the fine print on the top of the cover? Not including this one?

it says the 50 best inventions of the year. then an * with an arrow pointing towards the joint that says "not including this one"...i think anyway...had to bust out my magnifying lens.

Thanks for that. The cover and the article seem like kind of a subliminal marijuana hit piece to me. The article states that refering to marijuana as medicine is a "euphemism".
