Hi all,

I made an offer on the new server today they want £375.00, I offered £325.00, they turned it down but came back with an offer of 360.00, I've left it for today and I'll offer them £340.00 tomorrow morning

Here's a picture of the new beast if we can secure it.

Hey Slimline

I went out and checked my trap lines this morning and got enough pelts together to send 50 back to the Mother Country on HMS PayPal....

Hope it helps in the purchase of the computer 'thingy'.... 8)

PS. that must of been a few pelts at this time of year.

Hi all,

Just to bring you all up to date, I have just put in a counter offer of £340.00 on the server. We'll have to wait for a response. I'll post again as soon as I hear anything.

Hi,

Just leaving to pick the server, I had to pay him £350.00.

We'll have to install the O/S and run memory diagnostics over the weekend.

 :D

Well done Peter.
I meant to ask you earlier, how are you and the Mrs. doing? Last we spoke you were both on the sick list, hope things are better now.

Thanks very very much to everyone in this thread. Thanks to Slimline/Pete for everything you've already done for us and what you're about to do this weekend. I really appreciate all of the effort you put into this. And thanks to each of you who have sent Pete some cash. To those of you who haven't sent anything, if you can afford even a small present for Pete, please do send him something, however small. It all adds up and you know you'll feel better for it. :D As we see here, some people have been extremely generous. If each of the active members gave just one pound, dollar or euro per year that would be plenty. It seems unfair that some give loads while most give nothing but thanks again to those above.
