Yeah rufus, the country is in a sorry state work wise. been working 15 years since I left school and never seen it so bad. At one time you could have literally walked into a place and got work. but i always look on the bright side, something will turn up and the dam wont know what hit it. 8)

Hey gix those Tele guys are gone, no more, nada, which is good imo I got hassled everyday at Albertbridge/Short Strand junction...and yeah there isn't much around I'm afraid even in my line of work there is nothing going and a freeze on any future recruitment, sorry to cheer you up with that...times are shit. If it helps all is good on the Isle of Man from what I hear...

Hey Slimline
Will the forum be down whilst the "Thingy" is being installed and tested?
If I don't see you no more in this world, I'll meet you on the next one.

Me again!

Thanks for all who have donated so far, even a few that haven't put their names on the thread, we have collected £240.00.

Thanks to my wife Lyn as well, this was the state of her dining room at 2.30am

The server has passed the much needed memory tests and is currently undergoing tests on the control panel (software used for hosting).

I was planning on installing the server at the data-centre after Christmas, its looking so good it may be commissioned before.

I'll start talking to the data-centre Monday morning, with a bit of luck we'll have it up and running before the end of next week.

At the moment its only temp, it'll be up and down until we migrate all the data across.

Please don't register at the above site, it'll only get deleted!

Don't worry Lem the style can be changed
