Does this domain mean anything to admin?

My malware keeps blocking a site with the IP no. 62.45.167.252

Looking up the IP address, it belongs to the following;

This IP address belongs to 252-167-045-062.dynamic.caiway.nl

The .nl suffix had me wondering if the threats are coming from here? Could it be something to do with the jpeg hosting site for the avatars? I only ask, as some of the avatars (mine included) don't show for me now.

Edit: p.s I only recently installed this malware program. If it is indeed coming from this site, I will be able to safely unblock it, yes?

The loss of the avatars was my fault.
I crashed the forum earlier today.
