I wasn't really impressed last night and agree with cisco on all his feedback.
Maybe I'll get used to it and the change only really affects current members, any newbies won't know any difference.

The only thing that annoys me just now, is it won't keep you signed in everytime I come onto the page I have to log in even after ticking the box to keep me signed in.

Another good thing that could be added is an instant chat forum, premiem membership at £5 per annum and make some threads restricted to members only.

But one bonus for us iPhone users is the log out button has been removed from above the latest posts tab, i cant remember the number of times I hit log out by mistake with my stumpy thumbs and lost everything when I had to re log in.

So have a stumpy thumbs up from me on that one

I hate change but this is bringing the forum up to date which is a good thing, give it some time you'll get used too it.

The Log me on automatically each visit checkbox is not working.
I have checked it a few times but still need to log in each visit.

Think I'll get used to it but I keep fucking up the login today, but I'm not that switched on myself today so that may explain it

Well done,

I like the new board makes it look much slicker all round. There are bound to be a few teething problems at first but I am sure these will be sorted.

All we need now is to be able to post photos on the sire instead of having to use photobucket or similar.

Slimline and Lemming thank you for all the work

:)

Same here with the automatic login and noticed that there are some intermittant issues with Emotions. sometimes they show up in posts, sometimes just a red X.

For ease of reading I used to have the old forum on a 125% to 150% zoom level in I.E. but now find it easier to read on 100% zoom level. Nice :) :)

Clicking on links now takes you away from the ACD site instead of opening a new tab.

All in all though looks good guys. Cheers for the hard work.

Have you guys that don't like the style of the forum tried changing your style template in the User Control Panel if using prosilver already - (top right under search bar), Click on board preferences then change to subsilver. If using subsilver style then User Control Panel is at the top left under the board index link. Then click on the Board Preferences tab from there, then change to subsilver. Looks more like the old style then..

HeHe, Prosilver is just backwards!! lol
