Wietpas in the North?

Does anyone know if the wietpas is going to be introudced in Groningen and Freiseland?
I doubt if anyone can give you the correct answer at the moment. There are several things going on right now at all level of government. I can almost assure you that their will be no changes for at leas the next 90 days, after that things might change.
