this is just getting silly now............

both gixxer and cisco have come at me without explaining what i have actually done wrong, infact im starting to look at it as some kind of veiled "internet" bullying

you know what im guessing you are both gonna be in dam for 420 as i am too. maybe we should just carry this conversation on face to face, something tells me you wont be so insulting when its not just words on the internet

nothing to do with growing a pair of balls, i apologized for saying what i said even though it was just a reaction to being insulted and you still chose to carry on without giving me an explanation why. and maybe i will end up in a "dutch icu" we will see that when the time comes.

all started with a simple, honest Christmas greeting...
please stop your fight, an escalation is not needful.

the intention was a greeting, remember that please. both of you!

I smoke my peace pipe in place of you now.

sorry mate, but neither do the people in the army "have" to work on xmas day, they choose to be there the same way i chose not to join the army, i really dont understand all this special praise the people in the army get for doing a job they wanted to do and get paid for. dont get me wrong i respect them for their choice and definatly have praise for those who served in ww2 (because in them days you didnt have a choice about joining the army or not) but i just dont get this "love in" for "our" troops.
And its not that you done "anything wrong" but really is the above statement really called for on this thread ? you could have started a new thread with your opinion ? after all your entitled to it

I have just read over that same statement about 10 times to see the bit where i may of offended somebody and still cant find it, was it the bit where I said that they didnt have to work on xmas day, it was a choice they made when they signed up?, or the bit where I said I definatly have respect for the veterans of ww2? or maybe you didnt like the inverted comma's round the "our troops" bit, am I not entitled to be a bit sarcastic when talking about the british army (seeing as I was born and raised in England). I was refering to tabloids like the sun newspaper who always love to call them our troops/boys. but I dont personally look at them as my troops i just look at them as people doing a job what they want to do. and the reason why i asked this question in this thread is because i thought about it while reading it. i really dont feel that strongly about the subject to start a new thread so yes i do feel this was the right place to ask the question I thought thats what forums were for ( or is this just the must have the same opinion as cisco forum? ) . All somebody had to do was reply to me the way artymac did in his 3rd post and that would have been end of discussion, simple. Maybe if I had started spouting hatred or was being derogatory about them i would understand the shit I have been hearing but i wasnt. so thats why it piss's me off when people think they can call me names and get away with it like im some kind of prick who lets people talk to him like that because trust me im not.

Dude, let it go and STFU! Coming from someone as widely hated on various message boards as I am, quit when you are ahead. You were sarcastic towards a post respecting soldiers. Some of us, even those who hate the wars the US, UK etc are fighting, will not back down in support of the poor kids who do the killing and dying in OUR NAME (yes, if you are a citizen, its done in your name).

You are coming off as a crybaby. My $.02
