Thanks for posting this link Dave
I didnt knew that you can find trappist beers in AH. Westmalle dubbel 1,13E. Bargain!!
As you probably know you'll find a much better selection in De Bierkoning and De Gekraakte ketel
Which of these beers would you buy from Albert H?
Re: Which of these beers would you buy from Albert H?
Generally, most of the beers I had in Nederlands were pretty tasty.
Some favorites I remember were:
De Koninck
Brand
Amstel & Heineken (which is so much better than what they sell here in the U.S.)
Grolsch
I stayed with a friend who lived across from Cafe' Welling, and the Albert Heijn Museumplein provided me with quite a variety of biers, and I took pictures of every bottle and can. Unfortunately, the laptop which contained all of those images got stolen a couple of years ago.
Cheers & Beers!!

my favorites are Grolsch and Amstel. Franziskaner Weissbier is a tasty bavarian beer, but its made with wheat. Dont drink more than 3 because the next day your stomach will ahhfgjudhhjgfhkljnj
