Jay is a very cool character from Aruba. I normally stop by on arrival day for some wheat grass and a vegetable juice concoction, it seems to help the jet lag. He can prepare almost any conceivable combination of fruit/veg, and he grows the wheat grass on site in the basement.
He showed me his wheat grass grow room, it would any stoner drool to consider it used for 'other purposes'.
If you're on a CS crawl down Haarlemmerstraat, stop by and grab some juice. It's a great little shop.
