How about the teppan yaki in Kobe House? It's on Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 77 and I've heard some good reviews about it. I think it might be a little expensive, I mean their yaki is like 75 euro for 2 people, but the sushi is I think less expensive and the atmosphere is nice. And they have sashimi, yummm
