Renting a scooter Vespa ...

got a question about renting a scooter...
you think i can rent one without my licenses ? :P
i dont fell like spending extra money just to get them bacl :P
and getting my scooters here is like 50$test the extra 150 + ?? = not worth it !!

SO EY! what you ppl think can i getaway wit it or not?

If I'm not mistaking, Netherlands laws require you to have a car or motorcycle license to drive a moped. I know Gilex and Hertz both ask for one.

dunno about holland, but in the uk, if you have passed a car test you have a full license for a 50cc

ive rented bikes abroad before and the same rules seemed to apply, but i do have a full bike license

Not anymore, you have to pass a bike test to ride anything now.

credit card and id its yers....i rented one for almost two weeks...almost 200 euro

on BOKA ,s web-site (i was checking the scooters) they only go at max 25km per hour it why im asking and wondering cuz here if not 50cc (70-80km/p) no need for license!

The 25 km restrictions just means you can ride it on the bike path. Even on the site you posted above the clearly say that a drivers license is required.
Conditions

Scooter:
The minimum age to rent a scooter is 21 years. A valid driver liscence, passport/EU ID-card and a €300,- deposit are obliged. The rent must be payed in advance.

I don't think 50s can legally go that fast here. Regardless, if you hit those speeds on the bike paths, you will find your ass either a) injured, b) in jail, or c) most likely, your ass severely kicked by a cyclist you knock over!

balou1999!! didnt see that on website was looking for rental specs ;)

too bad!

Electric im guessing you got to charge it a lot (each day)

USBl was that 200 e a week or for 2 weeks? The cheapest I found was almost 200e a week and gas, Id rather have electric ...
