Me and a friend are staying here for a few days from Sunday 17th March.
Found out about it through this thread, so thanks!

I'll report back when I'm home and let you all know how I get on.

It's costing €440 for 2 people for 4 nights (€220 each)
Also there is a €100 deposit that gets refunded on last day.

A half decent hotel worked out about the same kind of price, and you can't smoke in most of them!

€440 each for 4 nights might just be okay. I just emailed the owner and he wants €600 for 4 nights (€300 each). And this isn't for a summer trip but this November. Either November is very busy in Amsterdam or I caught him on a greedy day.

My current trip for just 2 nights is costing less than €300 for the pair of us. And that's including flights.

Wow! That seems a bit steep. Is there some kind of public holiday on your dates?
Maybe they've put up their prices and I got in early (booked in January)

I'll ask them why it's so expensive in November when I get there on Sunday (if I remember lol)

I have stayed here once before (2008) and it was excellent. Fantastic location and the hostess ( Lina) was fab!

I am staying again this April (22-24)

This time round I'm paying €255 for two day

A total 100% recommendation from me

Just had an email notification about this thread, sorry I never came back to report on how it was.
We had a great time, been to Amsterdam loads of times, and this was by far my most enjoyable trip.
Nice to have the freedom of an apartment, I would never go back to a hotel now after this.
Hoping to go back (money permitting) in November.
I did a little video of the layout, hope it's ok to post links up on here.

I just booked it and the good reviews are music to my ears. Or eyes.

I've booked it for 2 nights, monday to wednesday, 4 people, it said the total price was 260 euro, and im assuming thats altogether and not each right? (What a thing to ask, after having already booked it, sorry, im a stereotype :D)
