1. find someone who does and pay them to hook you up.

2. go to haight street? (spelling) google it.... theres usually a bunch of ppl selling weed there.... its san fran man... theres a LOOOOOOT of weed there.

When I was in SF, I decided to try my luck at a dispensary.

Walked straight in and bought 2 grams of blueberry, no worries The security guard checked my ID at the front door, but thats it. Nobody ever asked to see my Medical Marijuana card

I'm sure this is rare, but its worth a try if you're desperate!!

By chance, the dispensary I picked was in a somewhat 'bad' neighborhood. It was on a dark, residential street, and almost looked like a regular house, apart from a tiny sign, and the security guard standing at the front. I think this helped me scoring without a MMJ card, because the tiny backstreet places don't get raided as often as the big shiny corner places which many customers.

called him, my buddy hooked it up.... went in and BAM. all sorted.
