I'd appreciate feedback on accuracy. I've set the target time as UTC+2, which I believe to be correct for Netherlands in April. That is, Central European Time with compensation for daylight saving time as implemented in the Netherlands hence CEST - Central European Summer Time. Hopefully this will display the correct countdown to 4.20pm in Amsterdam on the 20th of April regardless of what timezone you are viewing this from. Please let me know whether it looks correct to you.
