"The idea, Mr. de Nijs said, sprang from the simple desire for a good burger, a rarity in Amsterdam, as in many European capitals."

The Elandsgracht location will likely see my business in few weeks. Maybe even the A. Cuyp location, which is close to de Graal and Katsu.
Will post my findings.

opposite De Graal, a bit more to Albert Cuyp market.
I recognized they change the menu very often. Didn't the offer burgers with pineaple in the past? I think I saw a burger with pineapple on their menu last summer.

I suggest lunch at Burgermeester (just the biefburger without that shit for 6,50E), a smoke at Kabouter then a buy and fly at Pacific, dinner at Cafe Lotje (17:00pm or you have to wait for a table, but with some Heineken no prob, anyway first you have to go to the waiter he gives you a number and you're called as soon as your table is ready for you) and finaly close the day at de Graal. total satisfaction is guaranteed imo.
