There are two, HSB and HSB on the Markt.

For me, going to HSB Warmoesstraat for first smoke of the trip is like a big puff of liberty. Going downstairs, you can smoke your first joint looking at cops by the window. I know, it's a little bit childish, but I realize that I am in Dam at this time.
