So we have a debate happening and while I dont think things will change next week there might eventually be a formalisation of what is already happening to an extent, ie, in many instances no action taken on small amounts subject to the whim of the law enforcement at the time, which is obviously not satisfactory. What is interesting is the result of 10 years of decriminalisation in Portugal.
Still a hot potato for the MP's, but this should make it easier for them.
I havent yet enlightened my new (since last election) MP on my views on this subject, but I will and us and our friends and neighbors always turn out to vote.
