My trip starts out at edinburgh airport on a departure flight at around 06:30-ish touched down at almost 9 amsterdam time and preceded through customs really wished i woulda got my passport stamped coming through! then went to buy train tickets and get directions to the hotel, which turned out to be about 20 miniutse outside the dam by bus
. oh well i can get over that. that train ride had to be the best freakin train ride ever! i've always been a big fan of graffitti and theres loads of quality tags (along with crappy ones) on the walls along the train tracks. got off at central station and i could smell the oh so sweet smell of herb that permeated through the air! i just took it all in for a second " fuck im actually here!" no b4 i went to amsterdam i had researched on the channels and maybe the ACD not sure on the cheapest weeds and shops but as soon as we got there i just forgot 
! walked into the first shop i found which was route 99 unsure of what to purchase i just got a preroll and played a game of pool with my girl of the time didnt get that high off of that joint just a mild buzz. the bathrooms there were fuckin emmaculate! after this looked in the smart shop acroos the alley pretty cool but didnt buy anything. then headed up the street to a mcdonalds and ate the equivelent of a quarterpounder. now we were on a shoestring budget i mean we had like 80 something euros to eat and smoke on for just about 3 days so mistakes we made cost us bigtime. next coffeshop dekroon: now this place is farely spacious and dark with a stoned cat had an indifferent dealer but not rude broke off the weed and weighed it right in front of us. by the way i chose K2 at 12/2g as the cheapest purple haze 10/2g was out . didnt smoke there as we wanted to find our hotel took the train to zandam which was a big waste of money because we then had to catch a bus through the neighborhoods to get to the formule1 hotel. also we didnt get a stripencart so we lost money on that end to once at our hotel i skinned up a small american sized joint of the k2 and we burned one by a picturesque canal in a neighborhood we were fuckin blown just sittin there for an hour and a half starin at the canal good thing it was a beautiful sunny day! we finnaly got up and had to cross a highway in holland stoned it was fuckin treacherous but some construction slowed down traffic a we bit. there was a gas station near our hotel so we got a loaf of bread, water, tatsiki crisps and some candy. we proceded to eat every thing but we saved most of the bread for the next day. the room was nice but basic there rooms at the time were a flat rate of 40 euros with up to 3 people being allowed in each room. tv sink cups and towels included. we were a bit distraught by the no soft drugs signs everywhere but in hindsight this kept our cannabis consumption low because we couldnt just sit in the room and toke all night!day2
woke up early for the breakfast and ate everything i could force down my throat and stole a handful of jelley, peanbutter, etc to put on the loaf of bread we bought. walked to a busstop a lil further out as the stop we were at was only served sporadically cause of nearby construction. passed the lovely canal and a random turkish pizza place over a bridge past a school( smoked a jay near the school for old times sake) waited for the bus hoped it 2 central stayion got out and headed to dam square chilled about for a while and decided to take a trip down damrak i wanted a smoke so headed into what seemed a decent enough place paradise....
. bought my first ever hash here and it was pretty bad gave me a quickly fleeting headrush then nothing 12 of our dissapearing euros for that shite what a croc well off we went walked for a while stoped for some food at an italian place. wasted some more euros because we could got just as full at some fast food place but instead we go here i ordered the cheapest thing on the menu my g/f orderedsome 10 euro pasta dish that she didnt like. i was pissed we coulda both got happy meals for less than 10 euros and still had money left for a preroll! we then walked around for about 3-4 hours just taking in the city and not saying all that much! did a daylight tour of the redlight there was one stunner but she had about 3 guys talkin to her. the girl got kick when all the trannys flashed there dicks. went to a random headshop and bought a wee pipe as neitehr of us could roll a hash joint anothe bit a money that shouldnt had been spent seeing as how we were on a budget. headed back to the room watched lance armstrong when a couple of tour sections. heard my offical '04 amsterdam theme song about 20 time on mtv ( dragosta - din tea) i still dont know the translation of that song lol! smoked a couple of bowls and didnt ge thigh called it an eveing and let slumber take me.day 3 final day
well to start off we had about 15 euros for bus ticks train tickets food and weed so it was rocky and munchies without any possiblity of eating really fuckin sucks! went and got fries from that spot close to teasers walked over to a coffeshop right outside the rld cant besure of the name but had a wicked preroll that fucked me bagood and people wacthed for a while out through large window which was fun. caught the train back to schipol and waited for easyjet while hungry as hell! got back to scotland immediately went to a chipp and got the biggest kebab available at it all and a shitload of chips. sat around and wished i had taken more pics!
